Yarn Review - Diamond Luxury Collection

I happened upon this yarn during a sale at our local yarn shop. Its super cloud like softness is what sold me.

Diamond Luxury Collection in the Baby Alpaca Sport is by far one of the softest yarns I've ever touched.

Never mind the color (Clover Heather 712) , which is perfect for my daughter for this winter, this yarn is amazing!!! One thing I love about growing kids is every fall I get to knit them new stuff because they don't fit into it last years!

I chose the Close Knit Waffle Hat  by Leah Bandstra. The pattern was super easy and a quick knit too. So this hat was ready to wear way faster than I thought it would.

The yarn was very easy to knit with. No splitting, a little slipping only because the yarn itself is very soft. It is strong too, no pulling apart or breaking. It was easy to get from the skein to the cake too, my winder handled it just fine.

It is a very warm yarn, very soft, not itchy what so ever. I have enough left over to knit up a pair of mittens as well. :D
